Happiest days to all of you out there, thank you for joining us once again for the new music here on Music Mondays. This is the show that we like to call Zach’s Picks Of The Week where I recommend my favourite articles from our website. Some music that you might’ve heard of, but then there are lots that you might not have. So that’s why you need to explore all the content that is coming out here on this amazing website. Because we are more than just music, we are Canadian Beats. I will be showing you, just a clip of some of these songs that are coming up in this video. However, you should really go and explore the articles that these songs are coming from, so links in this post coming up! Let’s get our exciting list of new music this week with, England-born but Vancouver-based rock artist, Charlie PS. Her latest single “Slow Burn” is available everywhere, but at its core concept, the song acts as a cathartic roar, letting Charlie release her frustration onto a song. Because creatively inherent to music, it’s what ignites the magic that we feel within the bassline of our favourite hits. Moving along down our list, coming at you right now is a fresh mix of electronic rock with a few drops of synth-pop. Creating the Vancouver-based band, OurGlasssZoo whose single, “Free” was released on their Aftermath album this last year. On it, they had a collaboration with JUNO award-winning hip-hop artist Prevail (Swollen Members). But now we have a remixed version of the single done by legendary pro producer, KutMasta Kurt and featuring another hip-hop legend, Moka Only now on the track. Making it into my top three on this week’s list, I will introduce the incredibly talented Pranatricks, who has unveiled his new single “Birds and the Bees,” available now, across all streaming platforms. This will be coming from his sophomore album, Elements of which is set to be released to the world on April the 4th. However Pranatricks is continuing to release music at a blistering pace, this marks his 16th song released in under two years. Next is gonna be an incredible song that I can’t wait to show you, and it’s the latest from Toronto-based pop/folk indie artist Sherry Jacoby. “For the Rest of Time”, explores the inner world of being stuck in time and place. The new track was inspired by a character from Charles Dickens’s book, “Great Expectations.” Be sure to check out which character and listen to the new song here.

This international artist will be healing from the great state of Texas, in the US of Eh!! Houston’s The Metal Byrds are soaring effortlessly through the shared airspace of rock and pop, reaching new heights on their latest single, “Stop Motion”. That’s coming from their most recent EP album, Moments Before Sunrise which is also available everywhere. We have now reached my last recommendation here on this list of amazing new music. That includes multi-platinum country artist Jade Eagleson, who’s celebrating the holiday season early by delivering a toe-tapping country rendition of “Joy To The World” and it’s available everywhere now. This release allowed the full band to come back together after a busy summer of live shows and put their mark on another classic country remake to share with the world.
