Last night was a night of all-female rock excellence, with Evanescence, Halestorm and The Warning playing Montreal’s Bell Center!
Straight from Monterrey, The Warning got things started in front of a growing crowd. The Mexican sisters trio packed a punch and delivered a set full of energy that had everyone bopping along.
Up next, Pennsylvania rockers Halestorm kept the party going. Lead singer Izzy Hale absolutely commanded the stage, prancing and rocking around the stage with an unapologetic badass attitude.
Finally, Evanescence hit the stage for their first headline tour in Canada in 15 years! Montreal has been blessed to see them a few times in the past couple years (opening for Muse in 2023 and at Heavy MTL in 2019), but it’s always better when they’re the main act, last night being no exception. The band put on a smashing set, with Amy Lee’s incredible vocals resonating throughout the arena. Highlights included the classic Going Under, the emotional My Immortal, and of course the smashing finale of Bring Me To Life!
