Vancouver-based country artist Justine Lynn continues her blues-country evolution with a funky, feel-good love song.

Vancouver-based country artist Justine Lynn is keeping the momentum going with her latest single, “High As You,” available now on all major streaming platforms.

Following the release of her gritty blues-country single “Roses,” the new track marks the second chapter in an exciting musical evolution for the South African-born singer-songwriter.

While “Roses” introduced listeners to a defiant, blues-driven sound, “High As You” takes a warmer, more playful approach, combining soulful vocals, funky grooves, and an irresistible singalong energy.

Justine Lynn High As You – A Soulful New Direction

With “High As You,” Justine Lynn explores the feeling of being completely immersed in a love story.

Blending country storytelling with blues-inspired rhythms and soulful melodies, the single highlights another side of the artist’s evolving musical identity.

“This single follows ‘Roses’ with a funky, blues-soaked song that makes you want to sing along,” says Justine. “A song about being immersed in a love story.”

Together, the two releases demonstrate Justine’s versatility as an artist, moving effortlessly between gritty, emotionally charged performances and warm, playful storytelling.

At the centre of both songs is her unmistakable voice, which continues to define her distinctive approach to contemporary country music.

From South Africa to Canada’s Country Music Scene

Born and raised in South Africa before immigrating to Canada at 14, Justine Lynn has always carried the musical influences of her upbringing into her work.

Justine Lynn Uses Music to Make a Difference

Beyond her recording career, Justine is passionate about using music to create meaningful change.

The event has brought together Canadian country artists, including Dallas Smith, The Heels, Cross Parallel, Taylor Rae, and Michael Daniels, to help protect wildlife, natural habitats, and local communities.
