Written by Hamilton and Juno-nominated songwriter Scotty Hills, the single was produced by Chris Eriksen, who also helmed Hamilton’s most recent singles, “Save a Barstool for Me” and “Anxious Heart”. For the Victoria, British Columbia-based artist, “Stompin’ Ground” offers country-pop vocal vibes along with catchy guitar riffs, uplifting pedal steel accents, and a singer-songwriter’s touch.

Along with an official music video set to drop in July, Jaimey Hamilton will support “Stompin’ Ground” with a return engagement to Sunfest in BC’s Cowichan Valley – playing Saturday, August 5th at 6 PM on the Lake Night Stage as well as Sunday, August 6th at 2:30 PM on the Flats Stage as part of a BC Country Music Association’s songwriters round.
