Tonight, Acadian singer Lisa Leblanc had a triumphant set headlining Les Francos’ outdoor stage! Last time we caught her at the festival was last year, when she played at MTelus. Quite an upgrade in size this time around, swapping the 3,000 for tens of thousands of people!
The Chiac Disco singer made quite a booming entrance, with a catwalk (first time we see one on that stage!) and smoke all around. She danced in a dazzling glitter and fringed suit, before going back to her mic stand and whipping out various guitars, including a banjo!
Lisa sings in a mix of English and French, with her signature Acadian accent, and it all results in incredibly catchy songs. The crowd was singing along non-stop, including major hit Pourquoi faire aujourd’hui. Tonight’s set was an incredible boost of contagious energy, just like we expected Lisa Leblanc to deliver!
