Montreal turned into a music lover’s paradise once again as Osheaga 2025 lit up Parc Jean-Drapeau for three unforgettable days of sound, style, and sweaty sing-alongs. From surprise duets to epic rain delays, here’s a quick look back at a weekend we’ll be talking about until next summer.
Day 1: The Party Ignites
The Killers kicked things off hard, opening with “Mr. Brightside” and instantly transporting us into nostalgia heaven. But the real jaw-dropper? When Lucy Dacus joined them on stage for “Read My Mind” — the collab we didn’t know we needed, but now can’t live without.
Doechii made a thunderous Canadian debut, owning the stage like it was hers from the jump. She didn’t just perform — she conquered. Unfortunately, she got cut off as her set didn’t start till 10:10 pm when originally scheduled for 9:55 p.m.

And when the sun began to dip, Glass Animals turned Osheaga into a psychedelic dance party with pure vibey perfection.

Day 2: Rain, Delays & Debuts
Day two came with a little extra drama — the weather kind. A rain delay meant Gracie Abrams’ set was cut short, leaving her devoted fans heartbroken (and soaked), but she made every minute count.
Once the skies cleared, Tyler, the Creator finally stormed the stage 30 minutes late and made sure we forgot all about the clouds. Worth the wait? Always.
BBNO$ brought the circus — literally and metaphorically. If you weren’t dancing, you were laughing. Or both.

Meanwhile, Alex Warren battled some tech hiccups during his Montreal debut, but powered through like a pro. Major props.

And Shaboozey? He brought the country vibes with style and swagger. This definitely wasn’t his last time on a Montreal stage — we’ll be seeing him again at Lasso.

Day 3: Olivia Reigns Supreme
All eyes were on Olivia Rodrigo, and wow — she delivered. On the final stop of her GUTS World Tour, she sparkled in a shimmering dress, then pulled a total power move mid-set, switching to a red tee with a bold “3” on it, hinting at Album No. 3. Cue the screaming.

And the finale? She dove into the crowd and handed out her iconic GUTS rings — a lucky few fans walked away with the ultimate souvenir after waiting over 12 hours on the barrier. That’s dedication, and she made it worth every second.
Earlier in the day, Marina brought her signature glam-pop magic to the stage, blending fan favourites with stunning visuals and that ethereal energy only she can deliver. It was elegant, empowering, and full of sing-along moments that hit right in the feels.
Cage the Elephant followed with the most electrifying show of the weekend — think non-stop energy and absolute chaos in the best way possible.

Props also go to Mark Ambor and Gigi Perez, who both delivered solid, feel-good sets that deserve more love.

Final Thoughts:
Three nights of pure bliss, unforgettable outfits, random dance circles, wild costumes, endless drinks, and hugs from strangers who became instant friends.
Osheaga 2025 was a total success. Mark your calendars — the next edition lands July 31 – August 2, 2026. Same place, new memories incoming.
We’ll be there. Will you?
