After a crazy night with Post Malone, we returned to the plains of Abraham for the latino night of Festival d’Été de Québec!
Gale opened the night, charming the crowd with her vocals and sweet demeanour. Up next, Ivan Cornejo slowed things down and serenaded the crowd to his sounds of heartbreak and longing.
Around 9.30pm, all the Colombian flags in the audience started waving around, as reggaeton superstar J Balvin emerged onto a cube of light on stage. For the following hour and a half, the singer delivered an absolutely crazy performance including dancers, costume changes, and all the hits from Mi Gente, to La Cancion and I like it. He also teased new upcoming song Gaga, to the delight of his fans!
We’ll be back on the plains tonight for one more night of rock and roll, headlined by none other than glam metal legends Motley Crüe!
