With the success of their last single, Saint John math rock duo, Nurture Nurture, are releasing their brand new single “Heart and Panic” today. This song stems from a panic attack singer and guitarist, Jeff Cook had. He says the attack happened when there was uncertainty in his professional, social and creative life and how his partner’s love helped him through it.
As mental health advocates, the band teamed up with local clinicians in support of this release. They want their audience to have a place to seek help if they need it.
The band does weekly live streams an YouTube and Reddit and are releasing 3 versions of their single (instrumental, acoustic, and 8-bit).
