Multi-platinum award-winning country music star and two-time CCMA Entertainer of the Year award winner Dallas Smith has announced the Lifted Hotel Festival presented by SiriusXM Canada. The Westin Bayshore Vancouver will host this two-day festival on September 17 and 18, 2021, with all proceeds from this event going toward Lifted, a Dallas Smith charitable organization in support of mental health.
The festival welcomes the return of live performances in Vancouver and brings music and fans back together to lift the human spirit while experiencing live music from the comfort of their own private balcony.
Presented by SiriusXM Canada, and sponsored by 93.7 JR Country, the two-day hotel festival features an all-Canadian line-up including Andrew Hyatt, Danielle Ryan, JoJo Mason, Kelly Prescott, and Shawn Austin, along with host and headliner Dallas Smith.
Canadian Beats got the chance to speak to JoJo Mason and Andrew Hyatt about their thoughts about the Lifted Hotel Festival as well as Dallas Smith’s charitable organization, Lifted, and here is what they had to say.
Says JoJo Mason,
“To be able to be a part of a festival whose mission hits so close to home is amazing. I’m a big time mental health advocate and I know the entire line-up is too. We couldn’t have a better person and role model leading the charge. Definitely proud to be part of this one.”
Andrew Hyatt had this say,
“I’m excited to be a part of the Lifted Hotel Festival for a few reasons. First and foremost, I’ve missed playing music and seeing my fellow musicians. Secondly, I really believe in the heart of the Lifted Foundation and I whole-heartedly support it.
