Friday, July 19th, Ontario’s JUNO nominated and 2019 SOCAN Pop Music Award winners Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine debut their new single, giving us a fresh take to their innovative electropop sound. “Taste” is a teaser to their new album witch takes on a happier and more vibrant sound than what fans are normally used to.
After touring with Marianas Trench all over North America on the “Suspending Gravity” tour, the two talented musicians ran away. Elijah and Jamie packed up their whole studio and locked themselves in an LA hotel room and for two weeks all they just wrote music. This new single, “Taste” is quite literally just that, just a taste of what was cooked up in that LA hotel room. The pair plan to release two more songs in August, continuing all the hype taste has generated for the release of their new album. “White Rice” dropping August 2nd and “I’m Yours” out August 23rd.
