Calgary, get ready. From September 5-8, the Canadian Country Music Awards will be coming to town for 3-days to showcase this year’s most brilliant artists in the genre.
Presented by TD, the CCMA Awards stage will witness another group of Canada’s top artists crowned winners in categories like Female Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, Group of the Year, SiriusXM Rising Star, Album of the Year, Apple Music Fans’ Choice and, for the first time in three decades, the coveted Entertainer of the Year.
This year’s lineup is already star-studded, with confirmed appearances from Dallas Smith, Old Dominion, Meghan Patrick, Paul Brandt, James Barker Band, Lindsay Ell, Dean Brody, High Valley, Brett Kissel, The Reklaws, Tim Hicks, The Washboard Union, Chad Brownlee, Terri Clark, Aaron Goodvin, Jess Moskaluke and Gord Bamford, and many more yet to be announced.
This year, the CCMA Awards presented by TD will be the culmination of a three-day party and all-out celebration of country music. There will be multiple stages throughout downtown with performances all day and all night, artist meet and greets and the opportunity to be face-to-face with country music’s top talent on the CCMA Awards Red Carpet with ET Canada. With a combination of free events and ticketed shows, Country Music Week 2019 will deliver memorable experiences for all Calgarians. If you cannot make it to Calgary, the show will be broadcasted live on Global from the Scotiabank Saddledome on September 8th at 9pm EST/PST.
Tickets for the 2019 CCMA Awards presented by TD go on sale this Friday, May 3 at 10 a.m. MST starting at $44.50 plus fee. Single tickets and packages are available for purchase, with $1 of each ticket sale going directly to MusiCounts in support of their year-round music initiatives.
