GreenWing shares new single, “All Hard Feelings”
Canada’s GreenWing is proud to announce the release of their infectious new single “All Hard Feelings.” Building upon the momentum of their sophomore release Eatin’ It’ and the subsequent single “Sweet Caroline”, GreenWing is back with their signature brand of midwest-meets-Canadiana.
“All Hard Feelings” puts the bitter in bitter-sweet – juxtaposing lyrics unpacking the wreckage of an ended relationship with hook-laden upbeat instrumentals, borrowing non-discreetly from sixties pop. This new track builds upon GreenWing’s established sound of sing-along hooks and hard hitting rhythm while diving into new sonic territory.

“Hard Feelings” is raw, sharp, and brutally honest — a song that spills out frustration and release in equal measure. The lyrics read like ripped-out journal pages, confronting betrayal and burnout head-on. When Jackson sings “I’m done bending backwards, pulling punches for two,” it hits like a slammed door.
There’s a mix of biting humor and real vulnerability here, with lines that nod to family history (“I won’t bubble and explode like my dad”) and call out the wreckage of broken friendships. By the time the chorus returns, the anger feels less important than the freedom — the relief of finally walking away.
