The Chrome Nights, aka Chromeo and The Midnight‘s co-headlining tour took over Montreal’s MTelus for a night of funk!
US synthwave band The Midnight kicked off the festivities with a delightfully retro set full of 80s vibes, including some sweet saxophone solos! The crowd was super into it, and it was the perfect set to get things warmed up!
Up next, Dave 1 and P-Thugg, aka Chromeo, arrived onstage to a thunder of applause and echoing “Chro-meo-meo” sounds. Every time they play their Montreal hometown (last time being around this time last year), it is so special to see the connection between them and the crowd. And for the set, it was funky, deliciously upbeat and contagiously dance-y, just like we know and love Chromeo shows to be!
