The Redhill Valleys shares new single, “Rhinestoned”

The Redhill Valleys drops their nod to dazzling country getups of the ’70s single “Rhinestoned” on the heels of their UK C2C: Country to Country festival run

On March 15, The Redhill Valleys released their sparkling new single “Rhinestoned” via MDM Recordings Inc. / Universal Music Canada. This song is a nod to the glitzy and dazzling country outfits of the ’70s and the artists who wore them. Go back to that era and remember dancing at the roller rink, the twinkling mirror balls and neon lights. Well, “Rhinestoned” offers a playful and fun glimpse into that era but with a sophisticated, modern twist by melding elements of country, disco, rock, and more. So, “get high, high, and rhinestoned” while enjoying this tune.

The Redhill Valley share,

““Rhinestoned” is a cosmic country disco track that was inspired by the country artists from the ’70s that we love. Dolly Parton, Flying Burrito Brothers and Glen Campbell come to mind. “Rhinestoned” is about getting dressed up in your best country threads and getting lost on the dance floor, referencing the iconic “Nudie Suit” and going out on the town like “Gram (Parsons) and Emmylou (Harris).” We wanted a song that made people want to tap their toes, and when we play it live it has been really fun to see people getting into it and dancing along.”

With the release of “Rhinestoned,” The Redhill Valleys show no signs of slowing down as they continue to develop their sound and grow their audience. This Americana, alt-country group recently showcased the track live having just returned from the United Kingdom where they performed at C2C: Country to Country, Europe’s biggest country music festival.
