Tonight, Quebec singer Sara Dufour brought her On va-tu prendre une marche Tour (from her latest album, of the same name) to MTelus! Singer-songwriter Dany Placard opened the evening with a very festive set, getting the crowd in the mood!
Shortly before 9pm, Sara Dufour arrived onstage under a spotlight, starting with a very soft acoustic track dedicated to her late mother. A raw, intimate and beautiful moment to start the show, before kicking things into high gear with some more upbeat tracks! Sara was visibly touched to be playing her first full-capacity, headlining MTelus (after an opening set in 2017, and a small-capacity show during COVID), and the crowd was just as happy to see her! Her country-folk set was super fun, full of good vibes, and a great way to kick off the weekend!
