Dan Davidson Announces New Album, Nineteen Eighty Something + Album Release Tour

Platinum-certified country artist, songwriter, and producer Dan Davidson officially announces the forthcoming release of his brand new album Nineteen Eighty Something, available October 16. To coincide with the release, Davidson will be headed out across Western Canada in November for the Nineteen Eighty Something Tour, featuring emerging act Five Roses. Tickets are on sale now.

Dan Davidson is stepping into a bold new era of music with the upcoming album Nineteen Eighty Something, creating an irresistible blend of modernized country with the perfect amount of pop nostalgia. Davidson first introduced the project with the hard-hitting anthem “If These Streets Could Talk” which debuted his fusion of 80’s synths and electric guitars with a spacey pedal steel. This summer, he dropped the heart-swelling “He Met A Girl” which only amplified his new infectious direction.

The Nineteen Eighty Something Tour comes on the heels of an incredible festival season for Davidson, hitting the biggest stages across Canada such as the Calgary Stampede and Boots and Hearts, as well as heading overseas to the UK’s C2C Festival and Australia’s Gympie Music Muster.
