Jess Moskaluke releases new single “Heartbreaker” and has exciting news on her summer festival stops
PLATINUM-selling, award-winning country songstress Jess Moskaluke dropped her new single “Heartbreaker” everywhere via MDM Recordings Inc. / Universal Music Canada. It was written by Jess Moskaluke, Corey Crowder, and Emily Shackelton and produced by Corey Crowder. With this moody, rock-tinged track, Moskaluke explores a different vantage point from the classic breakup anthem, telling the tale of navigating a new relationship with someone who’s still working through the wreckage of their previous one.
Both “Not What Ya Think” (released in early 2023) and “Heartbreaker” deliver an evolved and dynamic country sound for Moskaluke. She continues to break barriers in the country music world with her big voice, pop-infused hooks, and sonic versatility.
Mosakaluke shares this on “Heartbreaker,”
““Heartbreaker” is a direction I haven’t really explored yet both in the music and the lyrics. I myself have written many songs about the heartbreak of a woman, but I haven’t written about the heartbreak of a man. In writing the song, we tried to embody the sense of longing that comes along with falling for someone emotionally broken from a previous relationship.”
