Big Wreck & Sierra Pilot Deliver a High-Energy Night in Waterloo
Big Wreck & Sierra Pilot
October 28, 2026
Maxwell’s, Waterloo, ON
Canadian rock favourites Big Wreck, fronted by Toronto singer-songwriter and guitarist Ian Thornley, took over Maxwell’s in Waterloo on October 28, delivering their signature heavy-hitting rock sound to a sold-out crowd.
Since bursting onto the scene in 1997, Big Wreck have continued to make their mark on Canadian rock music, and their stop in Waterloo was another opportunity for fans to experience their powerful live performance.
Local hard-rock band Sierra Pilot kicked off the evening with a high-energy opening set, setting the tone for a night of live rock music.
