These are just gonna be the highlights of this week in my opinion, that’s why we feature them here. So you don’t have to take my word for it, but I’d appreciate it if you did! So what do you say we get started on this weeks? List of the best music. These are going to be Zach’s Picks Of The Week!!

Five

Kicking off our list will be The Harpoonist (aka Shawn Hall) from Vancouver, BC. His upcoming debut solo album, Did We Come Here to Dance unveils the down-and-dirty groove “Show Me The Green” which is available on all streaming sites. Hall acknowledges the influence behind his newest single from his time with The Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer, a previous project he worked on. The official music video is in the article we have here.

Four

Following up after that will be our article, Five Questions With Canadian/Australian singer-songwriter Robert Ross. His heartfelt folk and country roots were nurtured by his mother Betty, who served in the Canadian army and moved to Australia. He began to gain popularity, performing across the region and internationally. But now joining us with two brand new singles off of his second album. The first one being “Drink ‘em Down” and “Mamma’s Song,” both can be found across all streaming sites now. Hear them both now within our article right here.

Three

Coming up next, we’ve got Toronto-based artist and producer Seye Odebiyi, here with the released single, “A Walk With You”.  This familiar but fresh new single is his most soulful single with an old-school R&B sound. Transporting the listeners to a special place with their special someone. Be sure to check out now on all your favourite streaming platforms and within our article. You can hear the new single as well as check out a Five question interview with Seye Odebiyi, through the link right here.

Two

The runner-up for this week’s top spot is going to be a jealousy-driven new single from IILLAA called “Boyfriend”. In those feelings when you like somebody who is happy with somebody else, but could be happy with you. Available now on streaming platforms, The record portends great things indeed for the creative partnership between IILLAA and her producer and co-writer, Adam H. The two met during her showcase at the Vocal Star talent competition in Los Angeles. Needless to say, the pair have cooked up an incredible song that you should be adding to your playlist. Please check it out in the article right here.

BONUS: Canadian Beats Passport

Now we have reached my bonus recommendation, coming from the Canadian Beats Passport section of our website. It’s an international artist that I have chosen to feature here on our list. So introducing singer-writer and producer Andy Ellis from Chicago. His latest single is a neon pop confection that pays tribute to the 80s in the form of a love letter, to the glamorous leading ladies of prime-time past. The new single is called “TV Queen” and is available everywhere on streaming sites. Ellis has had quite an incredible career, notably working with many movie franchises and online viral videos. Be sure you check out the official visualizer within our article here.

One

This spot right here is reserved for my number one recommendation, for the best new music on our website. This man needs no introduction, but please welcome multi-platinum country entertainer Brett Kissel. His latest single dropped an official music video for “Let Your Horses Run,” A song that pays homage to the lifestyle that raised him and is dedicated to his children. Filmed throughout the breathtaking scenery of the Alberta countryside, celebrates the rule and ranching communities that are true to Kissel’s roots. Have a look at the video within an article here.

Those were my hand-picked favourites for this week’s articles. So please check out the links to each of these individual articles in this post. Add them to all of your favourite playlists and be sure to share them with your friends and family. But there’s so much more to go explore across our website. So please be sure to check out what your new favourite artist or old favourite is doing. That is also gonna be the end of my list this week, so I hope you enjoy and if not tune in next week to see what we got. We tried to bring you nothing but the best new music around and that’s what I’ll try next week. Please be sure to spread the love and positivity in our world.
