Hotel Mira, Fake Shark

On Friday, Vancouver-based alt-rock band, Hotel Mira, brought their ‘I Am Not Myself” tour to a sold-out Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC.
The foursome was joined by fellow Vancouver rockers, Fake Shark, as support act. Fake Shark got the crowd jumping right away with their electric energy.
Hotel Mira members are Charlie Kerr on vocals, Clack Grieve on the keyboard, Mike Noble on the bass, and Cole George on drums. The band is known for their distinctive sound: a combination of alt rock with an electronic vibe. Hotel Mira is a band you absolutely want to see live with their fun head-banging-worthy songs.
From the moment Hotel Mira took the stage, Kerr’s stage presence was unparalleled, and his energy and enthusiasm quickly spread through the audience. He even ended doing a bit of crowdsurfing! The band played tracks from their newest album ‘I Am Not Myself’ released in September 2023, as well as previous songs from their first album ‘Perfectionism’.
Hotel Mira will be stopping in many cities across Canada before ending in Ottawa on February 18. More information can be found their website.
