We feature many incredible songs and artists that you may not have heard of before. That’s why here on Zach’s Picks Of The Week, I highlight my top picks of the week. Songs that caught my ear or videos that drew my gaze. Each was an individual article or post that was featured on our website recently. Beginning this week’s list, we will be sharing celebrated singer-songwriter and virtuoso musician Martin Larose, who is set to pick up the pieces of someone who has loved, in the release of his latest single “Temporarily Broken.” You can find it now on all streaming sites, plus check out our interview with Martin. Moving along we check in with GRAMMY Award-nominated, Canadian powerhouse vocalist and songwriter, Steven Lee Olsen. He’s celebrated the start of the next chapter in his professional life releasing his new single “Out Here,” with a new distribution partnership with Starseed Records. Now if you’re looking for a song that you’re not gonna skip or switching your band you’re not going to want to simply pass over. Then you will definitely enjoy this week’s third recommendation, Toronto-based Vicky von Vicky. The new single is called “Not The Man”, “The song itself is about a relationship, which may or may not be one-sided in the narrator’s mind”. This week’s top two will include Vancouver-based artist B00sted. Who continues to prove himself as the next artist to watch out for in the newest generation of creators. His latest single is also the title track of his new EP, Selfish via 604 Records. The new collection showcases B00sted’s versatility as an artist while still maintaining his trademark R&B-pop flair. Theirs a brand new video accompanying the release of “Selfish,” which you can find in our article here.

Time to introduce this week’s Canadian Beats Passport coverage here on our show. This time I am introducing Texas-based folk/rock artist, Mark Winters. He’s an Independent rock singer-songwriter who’s back with a new folk rock-inspired single, “I See You.” You can find it available on streaming platforms as well as see a lyric video. The new single takes, you want to journey through a lush garden to clear the fog of day-to-day life and set your sights on those who really matter.
