Zach Coopz Is Back With A New Segment of Zach’s Picks Of The Week

Welcome back to Music Mondays here on CanadianBeats. Where we bring you the best new music around. These are gonna be Zach’s Picks Of The Week, that I have chosen for you from our amazing website of new music. Five of them will be in Canadian only and there will be one international artist featured as well. All of these should be added to your playlist this week if you want something good to listen to. But you will get to check out a clip from each of these recommendations in this week’s video! Because there finally is Internet where I am and I’m able to post a video. So that’s a big up on this week’s post. So go check out these awesome recommendations which are all linked down below in this article. Then maybe tell me what your favourite articles were from our website this week. But without further ado here are Zach’s Picks Of The Week!

Five

Let’s begin our list with Toronto-based dynamic DJ/Producer S-One on our website with a five cushion interview. But also, just in time for the summer has teamed up with 23Dreamz on the seductive single “Lil Bit”. Which you can stream across all your favourite streaming platforms and see the lyrical video in our article. It’s a melodic dance floor anthem inspired to help people “find a lil bit of love in our loveless world” – S-One. To learn some more about this incredible team-up and producer, check out our mini-interview here.

Four

Now for number five, it’s our first rock song of the week coming from Alberta trio Royal Tusk. They have just recently unveiled their new single, “All My Life” to all streaming platforms and dropped a lyric video via MNRK Music Group. “Sometimes, you might go far in one direction, but you feel stuck because you want to do something else,” – (Daniel Carriere/Royal Tusk). But of course, you can go watch it in our article, which is conveniently linked right here.

Three

Making our way over to British Columbia, we have Vancouver songstress Madisyn Gifford returning following the release of her rawly honesty sophomore album Sleeping on the Ceiling, which you can find across all streaming platforms now. Her latest video displays the power behind female friendships, with the release of “For Shaughnessy”. It’s a song that was never intended to be heard by any other ears besides Madison‘s best friend. Be sure to go check out this incredible video here.

Two

Going on down the list we have the entrance of Victoria-based alt-rockers Shale. They capture the rawness of anxiety in their new single “Shake”, available on all platforms. The song’s first verse demonstrates how sensitive people with anxiety feel, physically and emotionally. However, you should check out the interview we had over on our website with Shale here.

BONUS: Canadian Beats Passport

For this week’s CanadianBeats Passport coverage, we go across the pond to meet up with The Struts, who has released a devilishly good time music video for the swaggering summer anthem, “Too Good at Raising Hell”. The single is available now across all streaming platforms. The new video was directed by Chris Applebaum, who has worked with artists like Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. Go and check out the new video in the article here.

One

Now to finish off this week’s list of incredible music, I’d like to feature a special interview with one of this year’s StanFest performers. Introducing to you, Canadian singer-songwriter Carleton Stone from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Has released his third solo album to all streaming platforms, titled “Papercut”. Carleton is set to play StanFest in various showcases this weekend, July 22-23. Check out the interview here.

Those are my choices from our amazing website, Canadian Beats Media, where you’re going to find the best Canadian and international music around. So tell your friends and be sure to tune in next time. When I give you my top six recommendations, and feature them in some kind of video format. Luckily I’ve got Internet back so that shouldn’t be a problem again. Go and spin those new songs every single day this week and get those streams up! See you next Music Monday everybody and as always spread some love and positivity in the world. PEACE, LOVE, AND GOOD MUSIC EVERYONE!!
