Amidst a North American tour with fellow Newfoundlander Tim Baker, Kim Harris releases “Lavender” – a new single that explores queer love with softness and grace.
Teaming up once again with acclaimed producer Daniel Ledwell (Jenn Grant, Fortunate Ones), who was also at the helm of her heralded 2020 LP, Heirloom, “Lavender” finds Harris experimenting with electronic sounds and influences while staying true to her hallmark lyricism and heartfelt vocal performances.
The new track is accompanied by a stunning new video produced by Mirror Image Media and funded via the MVP Project by RBCxMusic and the Prism Prize.
The single and video for “Lavender” set the stage for a series of soon-to-be-announced tour dates in the winter and spring and an upcoming EP slated for release this fall via LHM Records. More details will be released in the coming months.
