Every so often, a band’s setlist can encapsulate their career and showcase nothing but the best. Such is The Flaming Lips. Playing songs from their 90’s album and onwards, The Flaming Lips took the stage at Toronto’s History on Saturday, October 22nd, to play an impeccable setlist.
Fan favourites, new material, and classic deep cuts were given an equal spotlight. Elaborate lights, giant inflatable pink robots, and the witty stage banter of lead singer Wayne Coyne created an unforgettable concert experience.
On tour to support their 2020 album, American Head, they have decided to have no opening acts, and thus, fans can expect 2 hours of psychedelic/alternative rock. This tour is one you shouldn’t miss.
