Zach Coopz Returns With More Great Music Picks
Good weekday everybody, hope you’re all doing well and having the best time ever! We’re back once again with the best music on the Internet that is from this website of our Canadian beats. These will be my top recommended articles that were featured this last week, which I like to nickname Zach’s Picks Of The Week. The links to each of these articles will be posted in this post that you’re reading. But you will also get to have a listen to each of them in this week’s video that is also coming up. So I think it’s about time to kickstart this musical journey this week, starting us off is going to be this week’s video and number five. You are about to experience what we call Zach’s Picks Of The Week!
Five
Beginning this week’s list we have the incredible Shaela Miller, with her bold step forward on her latest album, After The Masquerade. It’s available across all your favourite streaming platforms and was produced by Graham Lessard. This record marks a departure from her traditional sound, blending alternative-pop and synth-wave elements with country lyricism and rootsy vocals. You can listen to the entire album in the article, where we give a full album review just linked right through here.
Four
Next in our exciting list will be JUNO award-winning rock trio The Dirty Nil are here to share their current single “Am I The Menace?”. It’s coming off the deluxe edition of their album Free Rein To Passion which came out last year but will be re-released on April 4th via Dine Alone Records. With this record, they follow their instincts down to the note to produce their most authentic work to date. Be sure to check out the deluxe version of Free Rein to Passion when it comes out and check out the article we have for their new single. It’s called “Am I The Menace?” and the link to that article is right through here.
Three
Our next recommendation is a band that has been rocking out since 1981, in fact, they were awarded Group of the Year at the 1986 Juno Awards. I’m talking about Niagara Falls’ very own, HONEYMOON SUITE. They have returned with their promise of brand new music in the form of their full-length album, Alive. Not just a declaration of survival but a vow of undimmed commitment. Its title track, “Alive” is available now on all streaming platforms and the official video can be seen in our article. So I highly recommend you check out this classic rock band here.
Two
This will be the runner-up for the top spot of my list of the best new music, so you know we had to include Canadian Indie band Hollow Twin. The band is mesmerizing audiences with the release of their latest single, “Hiding.” Singer Becky Wosk pours her heart into this haunting track, offering listeners a glimpse into her personal journey and spiritual reflections. This will also be another preview of what their full-length LP, Dancing with Matches will be like when it arrives on April 19th. So be sure to check out the article dedicated to the brand new single “Hiding” from Hollow Twin, just right through here.
BONUS: Canadian Beats Passport
Here we have my international pick of the week, all the way from our Canadian Beats Passport featured article. This time I will be introducing Oakland California’s Shannon and The Clams, who are preparing to release their upcoming album, The Moon Is In the Wrong Places, which will be released on May 10. Recently they unveiled their entrancing new ballad, “Real Or Magic” available on all streaming platforms. You can check out the official video within our article that is linked just right through here.
One
You have now reached my top recommendation from this website for the best new music. So that will bring us to Calgary-based Folk/punk singer-songwriter, Spencer Jo. Best known for working in bands, like Quit It! and River Jacks but now he joins us with his politically charged solo single, “Guns At The Border”. Spencer Jo’s recording career has been focused on work in bands for the past decade. This is his first solo single, so I recommend you go check it out in our article, here.
Well, I hope you enjoyed my recommendations because I have been listening to them all week. All of those amazing artists can be found in the individual articles that were posted on Canadian Beats Media. There are so many more that I suggest you go explore because personally, I only choose my top picks. However, our website is always posting new music and some exclusive content. So please be sure to go explore everything we have to offer you and share with your friends and family. But for now, it’s time to say farewell, until the next time we meet and I bring you the best list of new music from around! Spread the love and positivity in the world you live in and I leave you with this. PEACE, LOVE AND GOOD MUSIC EVERYONE!!
