We couldn’t get enough of The Kills in Toronto yesterday, so we just went back for more tonight in Montreal!
The evening started with The Paranoyds, the LA 90s grunge-punk band setting the tone for the night as they captivated the audience and had everyone rocking along!
Shortly after 9pm, The Kills arrived on stage in front of a packed audience! The americo-british duo made up of Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince hadn’t touched down in Montreal in 8 years, so fans were delighted for this long-awaited reunion! And the chemistry didn’t change one bit, as the duo built off of each other and passed the energy onto the crowd, through a truly cathartic rock show. With a flawless 19-song setlist, from opener Kissy Kissy to encore Fried my little brains, the duo showed us how it’s done as a band who’s been on the scene for more than 20 years, all while never losing their cool factor!
