Naol releases two tracks as a single entitled Dual Pain
Canadian singer-songwriter and producer Naol releases two tracks wrapped in a single format called Dual Pain. Inspired by recent events in his life; Naol experienced a suicidal episode and eventually lost his grandma to liver cancer.
Speaking on his single, Naol says:
“I wasn’t in the right state of mind once again. I remember calling a suicide hotline which eventually led me to a voluntary stay at the hospital after being admitted by the psychiatry staff. Living with mental illness is not easy, but I’m glad I’m still alive. Once I came back home, I was sick, but after a couple of days, I decided to make a song (Days of Pain). A few days later, I heard my mother had lost her close friend and that her mother was sick from liver cancer as well. The pain in her eyes had a profound effect on me which led me to make a song when she and my sisters left home to shop (Pain In Her Eyes).”
