Bring Me The Horizon, Motionless In White, The Plot in You
September 23, 2026
Rogers Place, Edmonton, AB
Certainly one of the most anticipated and quickest selling shows of the year, Bring Me The Horizon returns to Edmonton after 15 years.
The buzz around this show was insane. BMTH made their return to Edmonton with a spectacular display – but more on that in a moment.
The Plot In You began the evenings festivities, and the arena was considerably full already, which seems to be a rare thing these days. Their 8-song set was passionately delivered especially by vocalist Landon Tewers, who made use of the stage’s catwalk and fed his infectious vocal melodies to the crowd

Motionless In White was next, with the first venture into our great city since the Trinity of Terror tour back in 2022 – my first exposure to them. Chris Motionless is an absolute beast of a singer mixing catchy melodies with ferocious growls, and commanding the stage with a massive presence. I’d like to catch these guys on a headline tour, as 9 songs felt like it was coming to an end just as they were really catching their pace. Playing God has been in regular rotation in my playlists since its release, and it was awesome to see live.

BMTH’s pre-show video perfectly set up what was to be an absolutely INCREDIBLE performance. While I know of them, I’ve never gotten into their music, and I didn’t expect a show of this magnitude. A packed Rogers Place (upper bowl too!) was just oozing with anticipation as the intro videos began, with a set of video game themed clips that helped build the foundation of the storyline that would flow through the whole show. From the opening drum hits of “Darkside”, to the last echoes of “Throne”, BMTH easily put on one of the absolute best shows I have ever seen. Top notch production, video screens, a tiered stage, pyro, and even fireworks, this was a ride from start to finish. On this tour, they’ve been bringing up a fan to sing “Pray for Plague” with frontman Oli Sykes – and he expressed disappointment with the Vancouver participant (I watched the video, it was bad). Edmonton on the other hand, had a lovely young woman named Ryan grace the stage, and let me tell you – She. Was. AWESOME. Oli was clearly delighted with her performance, as was the crowd who constantly cheered and pumped her up. There were so many “holy shit.. WOW” moments of this show I could probably write a whole essay, but let me leave you with this. Don’t miss this band if they’re coming near you. They definitely made a fan of me.
