BEANFIELD THEATRE, MONTREAL, QC
Gavin Adcock brought his Southern-fried chaos north of the border for his first-ever headline show in Canada, and Montreal’s Beanfield Theatre may never be the same again.

The night kicked off with Landon Smith, whose strong songwriting and powerful voice quickly won over the crowd. His set set the tone perfectly — a blend of heart and grit that paved the way for the storm that was about to hit.

When Adcock finally stormed the stage, he did it with the energy of a bar fight and the grin of a man who knows he’s about to start one. Bursting out of the wings, he cracked open a beer, sprayed it all over the crowd, and dove headfirst into “Sweetheart.” From that moment on, it was pure mayhem — the kind that makes live country rock shows unforgettable.

Halfway through the set, Adcock raised a can high and declared, “Here to beers and no babies!” The crowd erupted into a massive “olé” chant, a perfect mix of Quebec flair and southern rowdiness.

Throughout the show, Adcock shouted out his influences — Alan Jackson, Hank Williams Jr., AC/DC, and Lynyrd Skynyrd — and you could hear all of them in his sound: twangy, gritty, and unapologetically loud.

One of the highlights of the night was “On One”, a pure party anthem that turned the theatre into a honky-tonk riot. Beers flew through the air, fans screamed along, and a spontaneous “F* Zach Bryan”** chant broke out, proving this crowd was there for one man only.
The atmosphere was electric — rowdy, beer-soaked, and joyfully unhinged. Even the bar line was part of the legend, stretching over 40 minutes long as fans refused to miss a beat (or a drink). By the end of the set, Adcock’s shirt was off, his voice was rough, and the fans were buzzing from both the music and the madness.

Montreal might have come expecting a country concert, but what they got was a rock ‘n’ roll rodeo. Gavin Adcock didn’t just play his first Canadian headline show — he owned it.
