MAJORS Unveils music video for latest single, “Etiquette”
Ottawa-based band MAJORS are teeing up something fierce with the release of their very first music video, dropping June 17th, 2025. Directed by Juno-winning producer Peter Schnobb and backed by the sharp eye of No Hands Films, the video for their new single “Etiquette” swings hard at disrespect, both on the golf course and in life.
Review
Ottawa punk band MAJORS aren’t just calling out bad golf course behavior — they’re dragging it behind the clubhouse and burying it. Their new single “Etiquette” is a furious, sarcastic anthem aimed at every cart-crashing, burger-chomping golf bro who treats the rules like suggestions.
For golfers, the lyrics carry the credibility of someone who’s lived through the pain of a ruined round. For rock fans, it’s a heavy, unrelenting track that doesn’t let up.
It’s classic MAJORS: snarling vocals, pounding drums, and zero tolerance for disrespect. But the real chaos unfolds in the music video, which cuts between the band thrashing in a front yard and one member going full etiquette menace — housing a burger mid-swing, blowing smoke, kicking his ball, snapping clubs, joyriding the cart, and creeping on the cart girl.
Eventually, the rest of the band has enough. In a darkly hilarious twist, they track him down, kill him, and bury him right on the course. Problem solved. Etiquette restored.
“Etiquette” is loud, fast, and gloriously unhinged — a punk rock PSA soaked in satire, sweat, and a little fake blood.
