One of Newfoundland’s most highly anticipated festivals of this summer, the Churchill Park Musical Festival has released its lineup for night one on July 25th, 2025
Headlining night one, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® – inducted icons and rock music legends DEF LEPPARD will bring their electrifying performance to the park for an unforgettable night of rock and roll. Performances will include their chart-topping classics like ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’, ‘Photograph’, and ‘Love Bites.’ Def Leppard are hailed as one of the greatest live rock bands of all time, with over 110 million albums sold and two prestigious U.S. Diamond Awards.
Special guests for the right include Sam Roberts Band. With a pretty impressive career so far, the rock band can boast that they have the best-selling independent EP in Canadian history with Inhuman Condition (2002). The band’s first full-length album was Certified Double-Platinum, winning multiple awards, and solidifying their place in Canadian music history. With songs such as ‘Brother Down’, ‘Hard Road’, ‘We’re All In This Together’, and ‘ If You Want It’, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Honeymoon Suite also appears on the lineup. This 80’s Canadian hard rock band is no stranger to Newfoundland and Labrador. With multiple top 40 hits, including ‘New Girl Now’ and ‘Feel It Again’, they are sure to be a hit.
Ticket sales for night one begin on Tuesday, March 25th at 12 noon local time (NDT). Tickets will be available online at ChurchillParkMusicFestival.com.
