ANNOUNCES SPECIAL ONE-OFF SHOW WITH SUM 41
Karen Dió is back and she’s making her voice loud and clear. The rising punk star is back with an unignorable new track, “3am.” This fierce track captures the raw angst and unfiltered spirit that has made Dio a trailblazer in the punk scene. Dio’s song is an ulta-relatable one, channeling the frustrations and rebellious spirit of a working generation. The song comes on the heels of another career-defining highlight for Dió, the opening slot for one of Sum 41’s upcoming (and final) shows. The Hopeless Records rising star is known to pack a punch of pure angst and embodies the punk spirit of the most iconic women who built the scene like Joan Jett, and Veruca Salt. Dió’s raucous, DIY punk anthems have commanded attention across seas all the way from her birthplace of Brazil, where she first laid the foundation for her bustling career. Now, Dió has found global appeal in her music and is representing Brazilian rock music in a big way. Her unique sound has caught the attention of Sum 41, Fred Durst, Kenny Hoopla, and more.
