On Tuesday night, Brit-pop legends Pulp took to the stage in Toronto at History for the first of a pair of shows in the city scheduled to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. The tour which is officially titled “This is what we do for an encore” is making its way across North America playing all the classic hits that the fans love such as ‘Disco 2000’, ‘Common People’ and ‘This is Hardcore’.
The band even mixed in a few new tunes which we were not familiar with as of yet. With the recent announcement of the Oasis reunion, there has been a significant resurgence of interest in the brit-pop era bands including Pulp. It was a great opportunity to see this band locally in Toronto as it is unclear how much touring the group will do in the future now that band is entering their later years but it was a great honor to capture the occasion with these images!
