Tell us a bit about your most recent release.

My EP was released in 2023. Right now I have 3-4 new originals, which I have been performing live all summer and are well received by audiences. My hope is before the end of 2024 I will have funds and time to release a new single.

How would you describe your musical style to someone who has never heard your music before?

My style is a little infusion with a classic Rock-Punk Pop feel and my ballads are singer-songwriter blended sounds. I Love creating new riffs with my electric Godin guitar but when a song comes to me, depends on what I am feeling, if it will be acoustic or electric.

What does performing at a festival like Gussapolooza, known for its focus on emerging talent, mean to you and your band?

This is my third year performing at Gussapolooza but it will be my first time on the Main stage. The chance to connect with other like-minded people so many independent artists and performers launches many opportunities.

What makes Gussapolooza different from other festivals?

The difference is its many genres of Indie music and it’s not just about the music this festival offers so much more. With the Artisans, Food, Comedians, Seminars, and so much more it is a real community atmosphere.

With over 40 indie bands performing, how do you plan to stand out and make a lasting impression on the audience?

Honestly, when I am on stage I have no big plan, I go with the flow and play my songs, pray, and hope the audience falls in love with a few of them. My songs are very different and don’t fit a specific mold, my inspiration comes from everyday life, whatever I feel I write down and create in that moment.

Are there any specific bands or artists at Gussapolooza that you’re excited to see perform?

My favorites are back ”The Manic Boys and Girls Club” and newcomer Alessandro Montelli. The coolest guys around are still Fortunate Losers and Blues Emergency. The sweetest and most welcoming performer is “Ashley Gilmore” she my girl. See, I can’t just pick one favorite. I enjoy many styles and genres of music.

For fans who may be seeing you perform for the first time, what do you hope they remember most about your set?

For me I truly want to connect with my audience and that the audience loves my sound and enjoys my lyrics. Maybe they like my originals and will continue to be lifelong fans.

What’s next for you after Gussapolooza? Are there any upcoming projects or releases we should look out for?

The big thing for me is I just started College at Metalworks Institute in Mississauga Ontario. My big dream is to become a signed artist and tour Europe after graduating. This may sound so cliché, “Music is my life, I breathe and dream about it every day.”
