On a rainy Sunday, May 26th in Vancouver BC, hometown rapper bbno$ brought bb’s bonanza to the Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park. He was joined by his friends and fellow artists Yung Gravy, Freddie Dredd, Joost Klein, Eric Reprid, Haviah Mighty, and Jungle Bobby. 100% of the profits were being donated to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre.
It was imminent that the rain wasn’t letting up before the show, but that didn’t stop passionate fans from showing up early, packing the venue, and enjoying the music and hilarious antics of bbno$ and Yung Gravy.
The show was filled with crowd pleasers with bbno$ performing TikTok hits Edamame and Lalala, and Yung Gravy performing Mr Clean and 1 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot. They also joined forces for Baby Gravy performing songs like Welcome to Chillis and Rotisserie.
For the first bb’s bonanza, it was an amazing festival with a great lineup and night of live music. Keep an eye out next year as bbno$ mentioned to the crowd that it may be an annual festival!
