Celebrated Sackville, NB festival reveals first slate of artists
SAPPYFEST – a cherished gathering of musicians, artists, writers, creatives, and collaborators – returns for its 19th edition from August 02-04 in Sackville, New Brunswick.
With preparations well underway, Sappyfest unveils the first slate of artists who will be performing and presenting throughout the weekend. This initial list includes Absolute Losers, canada.gov.ca, Nectar Collective (aniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiita, dj decision, & dumb little bitch), Pete Moss, Puberty Well, Saltwater Hank, and The Umbrella Collective.
Maintaining their steadfast commitment to fostering the next generation of eclectic artists, Sappyfest 19 also welcomes The Drama Queenz, a self-produced 10-member children’s theatre group that writes, directs, and creates costumes for their performances.
Sappyfest 19’s visual artist is Deirdre Sokolowska.
