Wavelength Winter Festival Announces “East to West” Installment
Wavelength Music goes “East to West” across downtown Toronto for the 24th edition
of its annual Wavelength Winter Festival. It’s our 24th anniversary, and once again
we’re excited to bring together the local music community for one cozy weekend of
programming — championing diverse, emerging artists while animating new and
innovative music spaces across the city.

PANEL DISCUSSION – “East to West: Meet Toronto’s New Music Spaces” feat.

BEAMS (Toronto – East-end psych folk-rock scene stalwarts)
JUST PRINCE (Toronto – Acoustic guitarist weaves Eastern scales and Western
melodies with songs in English, Hindi and Punjabi)

BIG SISSY (Montreal – Drag artistry meets pro-Black, pro-sex beats in a
mesmerizing blend of post-disco and electro-clash)
JANETTE KING (Montreal – Caribbean-Canadian alt-R&B singer/songwriter and
produce -, Hot Tramp Records)
CAIJO (Toronto – Zimbabwean-Canadian emcees crossfades from heavyweight
hip-hop to modern funk-rock grooves)
