Tonight, Jazz-pop collective Busty and the Bass made their grand return to their forming grounds in Montreal!
It had been a minute since we caught one of their shows, 2019’s M for Montreal, to be exact. Some things changed since then, like former lead singer Nick Ferraro left the band to pursue other projects and was replaced by the enchanting Mel Pacifico. Some things however didn’t change one bit, like Busty’s ability to have the crowd dancing in a matter of seconds! To the rhythm of the horns, the band performed a solid set to an intimate Beanfield theatre, ready to dance the night away!
Saskatoon’s Katie Tupper opened the evening, charming the audience with her soft voice and sweet lyrics.
