After a busy summer/fall of touring the U.K., performing at Canadian festivals, and recording a new album; Julian Taylor embarked on an Ontario tour with the Festival of Small Halls.
We were able to catch up with Julian at Chaffey’s Locks Community Hall for a stripped-down acoustic set. It was an intimate performance, with Julian sharing personal anecdotes with the audience. This not only provided context for the songs he was performing but also allowed a brief glimpse into the mind of a talented artist. It is clear that Julian’s music shares an important message and emotional experience.
