Hope you’re all having an amazing week so far because now it’s time for the brand new recommendations coming from yours truly, they are called Zach’s Picks Of The Week! Happy Music Monday and who’s ready for the new music? Because my top five are on the way, plus our international bonus pick. These are articles that came out on our website, Canadian Beats Media. The links will be in this article just below us but also, there will be a video where you can hear and witness a clip from each. Just my way of making it easier for you. Because I’m a nice guy and I like the new music! So what do you say we go on a musical adventure this week and explore some of our country’s talented individuals or groups? These are going to be Zach’s Picks Of The Week coming over right now!

Five

Beginning this week’s list, we have an incredible band from Vancouver called The Get Arounds. They have just released a new video in support of their new full-length album, I Wanna Live. This video for  “Black And White” was shot in Vancouver, with Wazo Productions. You can watch the new video in the article that was posted recently, just right through here.

Four

Moving on we have a Five Question interview with Montreal-based artist Townes. His latest single, “Shadows” is coming off the upcoming EP and short film. It’s tilted Ghostwriters and is expected to come out on November 10. You can find out more about this featured song and artist in our Five Questions With segment here.

Three

This week’s top three is going to include our first metal artist of the week. It’s metalcore giants ONI and their latest video for the song, “Aura” has been released. This incredible track features guest appearances by Howard Jones (ex-KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, LIGHT THE TORCH) and Josh Gilbert (ex-AS I LAY DYING, SPIRITBOX).  This will be coming off of their highly anticipated, full-length album, The Silver Line, which is to drop on October 13th. Go check out the new video and more in the article here. We have posted here.

Two

My second top recommendation of the week will be another Five Questions With segment with the talented Jacob Weil. He’s released his debut record, Lived In across all streaming platforms and showcases his own indie folk style. The record was produced by his longtime friend Sam Weber, who Jacob has performed alongside for many years. You can listen to the brand new album, Lived In, and learn more about the stellar artist that is Jacob Weil, here.

BONUS: Canadian Beats Passport

Well, for this week’s international artist to be featured on our bonus recommendation. I’ll present to you, Los Angeles native and pop/R&B artist Z Chambers. His latest single to be released is called “Tight Rope” and you can find it now across all streaming platforms. Featuring intriguingly melodic vocals paired with a mysteriously somber yet upbeat score. Have a listen via our Canadian Beats Passport article here.

One

My final recommendation for this week’s list is going to include the returning Alberta rock trio, Royal Tusk. Who we previously featured with their single, “All My Life” but are now at our number one spot with their latest track, “Head Up”. Both songs are coming off of their upcoming album, yet to be announced. So check out both of them across all streaming platforms and more! While you’re at it, watch the official video for their latest single “Head Up” here.

That’s gonna be all my recommendations for this week. So I hope you found something new that you enjoyed listening to. There is always so much more to explore on our website, so go explore until your eardrums bleed or your heart is content. However, this is it for what I have to offer you this week. So be sure to tune in next time with your friends and family. That way everybody knows where the GOOD MUSIC is coming from. I have been your host as always Zach and I hope you enjoyed my picks of the week. Have a great rest of your week ahead of you and spread some love and positivity. PEACE, LOVE AND GOOD MUSIC EVERYONE!!
