London-based band Hot Chip brought synthpop to the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver on May 20.
The evening was opened by Edmonton rapper Cadence Weapon who hyped up the crowd with an original set including music from his Polaris Prize-winning album Parallel World.
Hot Chip then took to the stage basking in the cheers of screaming fans, their high-energy music and exceptional lighting filling up the venue with energy. They performed an assortment of original music including their grammy nominated single, Ready for the Floor.”
