On April 22, 2023, The Jailbirds and One In The Chamber were co-headlining a release party that the Hard Luck Bar here in Toronto joining them were Joan Smith and the Jane Does.
Joan Smith and the Jane Does started off the night with an amazing performance to get the crowd pumped to see One in the Chamber and The Jailbirds.
One In The Chamber brought the heat to the stage for their first show of 2023. They played some brand new music which the crowd absolutely loved and some of the fan favorites like “Bills To Pay” and “Crooked Girl”. They had the crowd on their feet the whole show. It was a huge success for their first Vinyl Release. Make sure you go check it out on their website.
The Jailbirds put on a fantastic show. They also played some unreleased music which the crowd responded great to, and played some oldies but goodies as well, like “Black Madonna” and “All I Need”.
If you have seen The Jailbirds live before, then you’ve seen Myke shred the guitar in the intro for “Dull My Brain,” and that has become a staple at their shows and something I look forward to every time as it’s always different.
They ended the night with a cover of “Spoonman” by Soundgarden, which was very well done and the crowd loved it.
