scott helman has released his hauntingly beautiful new song, “drive.” The video draws from scott’s personal experience when in 2020, he and his fiancé took a leap of faith and packed their bags to drive across the country to their new home in LA.
Reflecting on the single scott explains,
“I recorded a demo about what a risk it was when I moved across the country with my girlfriend. I wanted the song to feel sparse and haunting, like you were leaving and arriving at the same time. It was raw and unfinished, I tucked it away deep in my files and forgot about it for a while but my record label found it and loved it as it was, and now so do I. I can’t wait for you to hear it.”
