On Thursday, December 5th, Canadian rock band Alvvays played the first of three sold-out shows in Toronto at the Concert Hall along with supporting act Cootie Catcher.
Alvvays has spent the past two years touring and promoting their latest album, Blue Rev which received a high amount of critical acclaim across Canada and the US.
Toronto indie band Cootie Catcher has just announced the release of their new record titled Shy at First due out on March 14, 2025, so stay tuned for that.
The night’s set list from Alvvays was a steady mix of new and old tunes but the fans in attendance still received a steady stream of Blue Rev songs. With 2025 just around the corner, the Alvvays fans are wondering what is next for the band 2 years after the band’s latest release. My money is a new project release in some form or the other but we’ll have to wait and see.
