Check out his latest single, “You Are,” featuring Andrea Poli below.

First off care to introduce yourself to our readers?

Hi everyone, my name is John Grenn (JGrenn) and I am a Canadian music producer from Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Tell us a bit about your recent release.

My track “You Are” is a song written and sung by a low-profile Italian artist named Andrea Poli. The song stood out to me as one that I could elevate to a high-caliber radio-worthy single.

How do you typically go about the songwriting process? Do you have a specific method or creative routine that you follow?

In songwriting, which for me is predominantly Country songs, I have spent a lot of time learning the craft from some great teachers like Marty Dodson & Clay Mills. It all starts with a great concept and then build it out from there.

Looking ahead, what are your plans for supporting this new release? Are there any upcoming tours, music videos, or additional content that fans can look forward to in connection with this project?

We are looking to continue growing the track at Canadian Radio, and then take it from there. If we continue to gain traction with “You Are” then we will look at a US release and possibly a video as well.

Looking back on your musical career, is there a particular moment or accomplishment that you consider a turning point or a highlight?

Definitely, when our track “Pipe Dreams” (Yakoo Boys/YBZ) blew up back in 95/96 was a big turning point and a step forward with major radio success and a bonafide sports anthem on our hands, it was a truly breakthrough time.

Last but not least, it’s time to pay it forward, what upcoming band or artist would you recommend your fans check out?

There’s a really good Canadian-Filipina artist named Nikkaela from BC, who has a great voice and vibe, check her out.
