The enigmatic Plain Mister Smith continues to mystify his listeners with the unveiling of his new single, “Grade Five and the Ax” (Feat. Findlay Brown)’, released on the 9th of February via Popoganda Records.
Featuring the pacifying harmonic vocals of Findlay Brown, Plain Mister Smith continues to carve his own niche in indie-folk with his witty songwriting, yet still embracing the self-reflection and emotional lyrical themes the genre offers. Formerly strumming strings as a guitarist for Canadian Electronic band Moev, the multi-talented artist now has his hands full as a cellist for the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra.Â
