Zach Coopz Is Here To Share His Picks Of The Week

Welcome everyone tuning in or just finding this post for the first time. Welcome to Zach’s Picks Of The Week, featured right here on Canadian Beats Media. I will be presenting six of my favourite articles that were posted this last week. Then your job is to support them if you like them or share them with your friends. It’s pretty simple once you click on the individual links to each of my recommendations coming up in this post. You will also be treated to a short clip from each of these artists and the featured song from their article. So be sure to check out all of this new music and more coming out this week on Canadian Beats. However, right now check out this video featuring all of my recommendations, on Zach’s Picks Of The Week!

Five

Starting us off right we’ve got, Montreal psych-rockers Elephant Stone joining us with their single, “Pilgrimage”. The latest single off of his upcoming album, Back Into The Dream, dropping on February 23rd via. Elephants On Parade/The Orchard. So you better go check out the article here.

Four

Keeping the good music going, next up is Alternative Folk-Rock band, Shred Kelly from Fernie, British Columbia. The band has announced quite several live shows and are thrilled to be getting back on the road, doing what they love. This tour will celebrate the release of their latest album Blurry Vision, which you can find across all streaming sites now. You can check out our article and see the video for their single, “Lost Without You” here.

Three

Next up in our exciting list will be K-Riz, returning with a new video for “Come & Go” that illuminates the artist’s infectious optimism. This hip-hop and R&B-infused track, which appears on the new record, One Way Ticket via. Birthday Cake Records, and can be streamed across all platforms. Our article features the video for “Come & Go”, so be sure to check it out here.

Two

Moving along and onto my second top spot of the week. We had a Five Questions With segment with the incredible group, known as M’Grasker from Toronto. Their mission: to Rock, However, they are also permitted to Roll. Both of which are pretty adamant in their brand new single, “Kiss & Smoke Weed”.  It’s available on all streaming sites and you can see the video in our article here.

BONUS – Canadian Beats Passport

Then we have my international, Canadian Beats Passport feature of the week. When anyone says that the music business is a young man’s pursuit, definitely hasn’t met the UK-based singer-songwriter, Gideon Foster. The 54-year-old is sharing the sort of acclaimed wisdom only age can provide on his latest single, “Outside Looking In”. Landing with an audibly self-assured grace, the song is a meditation in both content and sound. So be sure to go check out the brand new video and learn more about Gideon Foster in our Canadian Beats Passport article featured here.

One

Time to finish this list of music up with my number one recommendation. Introducing Kingston, Jamaica-born, but Toronto-based rising sensation Dudsymil is here with his brand new EP. The Frequency, is a mollifying listening experience throughout its five tracks. You can also find it across all streaming platforms now, but Dudsymil and his production team consistently convey the stand-out theme of “good vibes” in various aspects of daily living. Have a listen to his brand new EP The Frequency here.

I hope these recommendations were up your alley because I have enjoyed them this past week. As I said, go check out the full articles for each of these recommendations in this post. But if none of these were of interest to you, there is still plenty more spread across Canadian Beats Media to explore. Be sure to tune in with your friends next week to see what I have in store. It’s still gonna be the best music on the Internet, strictly because of my opinion! So, please tune in next week to see what we have featured, and to share. But as always spread some love and positivity in this world and I will see you in the next installment of Zach’s Picks Of The Week. PEACE, LOVE AND GOOD MUSIC EVERYONE!
