Montreal’s MTelus was sold-out and packed to the brim for a night of all-Canadian folk, as The Dead South brought their tour to town! Up first, Ontario singer-songwriter Benjamin Dakota Rogers charmed the audience with an acoustic set that filled the venue with his unique voice.
Up next, Saskatchewan’s very own The Dead South appeared onstage in front of cheering fans! With a gorgeous stage set-up of church-like stained glass in the back, and little lanterns illuminating the front of the stage, the show felt extremely cozy and intimate. That being said, the show was far from quiet as the four-piece radiated with energy, turning the evening into a lively bluegrass party that had everyone in the room stomping and jigging along!
