After being rescheduled due to Covid, Tom Cochrane was welcomed back to the Guelph River Run by a sold-out show and enthusiastic crowd. Tom Cochrane is a recipient of 8 Juno Awards and is a member of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame, Walk of Fame, a prestigious Officer of the Order of Canada, the Order of Manitoba, and continues to be a rocker extraordinaire as the Guelph crowd confirmed.
His set consisted of his hits and some more obscure Red Rider tunes. Supported by a stellar band consisting of fellow Red Rider member Jeff Jones on bass, Bill Bell on guitar(s), and Davide Direnzo on drums. His tour has a couple more dates in Ontario and then heads west. Highly recommended!
