UK pop-rock group Bastille performed Friday night at History, Toronto. This was their first time back in town since 2019.
This highly anticipated show started off with hometown Canadian band Common Deer. This synth-pop group really set the tone for the headliner.
Soon after Bastille came on stage and the crowd roared as they played their set from their Give Me the Future tour. Playing new songs like “Distorted Light Beam” and “Give Me the Future” and classics like “Pompeii” and “Of the Night”. The entire set felt like an adventure into the future. A truly magical night, with fantastic performance, and amazing visuals!
Hi, I’m Karine, I am from Montreal, now living in the Toronto area. I am an event photographer, I shoot mainly the EDM scene. I have so much fun covering the Toronto night life scene. I am a huge fan of rock and EDM music. My favourite genre of EDM is bass and techno. I spend most of my free time talking about or attending music festivals; I love capturing those candid festival moments.
